Laser marking is a common, highly adaptable, dynamic
This is a zero contact type process and also give exact, visual marking independent of the rigidity of material. A laser marking device consists of three main parts, a laser, a controller and a surface; laser emits the beam, controller controls that beam to trace on surface. The controller is actually a computer system, the direction, velocity of laser beams can be regulated by controller, so normally there will be a well designed software or hardware in all automation system to control the laser engraving machine. The speed, power and exact focusing ability of a laser beam is controlled by the controller for getting improved results.
Laser technology is widely using in different areas like automation systems, jewelry, fine arts etc.. Normally fiber laser marking machine is using in laser printing and embroideries in diverse styles.
Laser marking is extremely legible and eternal, discourage tampering, and are able to resist harsh environmental conditions and also stands against wiping, corrosion, impacts, wear and tear. It gives high quality and enduring marking, high marking speed, flexible data management, ease of use etc.. Laser marking is most long-lasting and allows for very clean line of art and more detailed designs. Laser marking is not using any noxious chemicals, not using ink or tool, not producing any dust, not generating any sound, not required any replacement and also less operational cost and service charge of machine.
The only inconvenience of laser marking is the initial expense of laser marking equipment; it is higher than the traditional engraving machines. The laser beams are having a strong penetrating capability, so there is some health risks specially for human eye and body.
Pad printing is also a printing process; this is mainly using for converting 2D to 3D images. Pad printing uses an indirect offset printing process, where an image is transferred via a soft silicone pad onto the surface or substrate to be printed. The silicon pad in pad printing facilitates the pad to pick the image from the flat plane to cylindrical, spherical flats. In pad printing, two frequent techniques are using in inking the plates, one is open inkwell and other is sealed ink cup or closed cup system.
Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise impossible products in many industries including medical, automotive, promotional, apparel, electronics, appliances, sports equipment, toys manufacturing etc..
When compared to other printing technologies, pad printing can easily print irregular shapes and surfaces and also print complicated substrates at a reasonable speed. Generally, pad printing is very gainful and having unlimited color options and ink formulas; this make use in multicolor printing, decoration on the surface of metals by using distinct pads together. In automated printing technology, laser printing and pad printing systems could make a revolution over other traditional printing methods. The quality assurance and accurate printing results of the laser and pad printing techniques made them most common and popular method.
